The international journal for product manufacturers and quality experts "Quality Control", №10, 2022, co-authored by BT GROUP and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) published an article " Tools to counteract Falsification of Personnel Qualification Documents".
The article deals with the urgent topic of document falsification, the consequences and signs that make it possible to check the authenticity of qualification documentson the basis of generalization of practical experience of BT GROUP inspection activity, in particular in the field of counteraction to falsification and counterfeiting. Tasks related to ensuring reliable assessment of qualifications and professional competence of specialists are considered. Practical issues are touched upon and tools are described to counteract falsification of documents confirming qualifications, which is relevant, for example, in staff recruitment for projects in which the inspection body takes part Article also provides specific example with illustrative "warning signs" of falsification in the table format allows to use the article as the instruction for checking the reliability of documentary certificates of qualification.
