ETERNO plant that is a part of TMK manufactured and delivered to Magnitogorsk Steelworks (MMK) the following steel-making equipment – an electric arc furnace bath made according to an individual design solution.
The new ETERNO product of INGENIUM line is a bottom part of the steel-making furnace, is a reservoir for liquid steel and slag, and has the following size: 9.6 m (L), 7.4 m (W), 3.2 m (H). The product is made of design low allow steel. The manufacturer developed an individual installation scheme in order to comply with accurate geometry parameters.

ETERNO previously delivered a 500-ton hot-metal car to our strategic partner MMK. The delivery of the electric arc furnace bath is another example of effective cooperation between the leading companies in the industry. ТМК portfolio includes dozens of implemented ETERNO INGENIUM engineering solutions for the metallurgic industry. These products were used for modernization of Severstal steel making production, an oxygen-converter plant of Chelyabinsk Metallurgic Plant (a part of Mechel Group), technical retooling of Novolipetsk Metallurigc Plant (a part of NLMK Group), Aksu Ferro Alloys Plant in Kazakhstan. High-tech products of INGENIUM line are also used in nuclear industry for construction of Akkuyu Nuclear plant in Turkey and Kursk Nuclear Plant.
