JSC Trubodetal, which is a part of the United Metallurgical Company (JSC OMK), together with the Specialized research Institute of instrumentation (JSC SNIP) of Rosatom have developed an automatic diagnostic system of technological processes designed for retrofitting automatic gas distribution stations of the new generation (AGRS-NP), which are produced by JSC Trubodetal.
Retrofitting automatic gas distribution stations of the new generation with automatic diagnostic system of technological processes (ACSTP) will allow to continuously monitor the operating parameters of the equipment through the analysis of vibroacoustic data and assure timely identification of potential faults means of modern diagnostic methodology. The system is a complex of vibration acceleration sensors connected into a single information network. The information received from the sensors is analyzed and input into base framework of the system, allowing to detect sudden pressure surges and  areas where there was a gas leak or foreign objects entering the gas pipeline and also to assess the state of the shut-off valves.
Automatic gas distribution stations of new generation AGRS-NP is a new unique product of JSC Trubodetal made by PJSC Gazprom order.

JSC Trubodetal started production of import-substituting high-tech equipment gas stripping units in block-modular design. The equipment is manufactured under patents and licenses of the Scientific and technical center of PJSC Gazprom Neft. This is the first domestic project that will improve the efficiency of oil production through the use of new technology to promote rational consumption of hydrocarbon raw materials. Previously, such equipment was not produced in Russia, and there were only three manufacturers in the world – in the United States and Canada.
It is expected that by the end of 2019 the equipment of full factory Assembly will be delivered to the Customer – LLC "Gazpromneft-Orenburg". Assemblies will be field-tested on the Tsarichanskoye and Filatov oil fields.
