At the end of February 2019, Russia delivered the largest volume of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Europe, therefore becoming the number one among all liquefied gas suppliers.
At the end of 2018, 72 billion cubic meters of LNG were delivered to the European Union, 23 of them from Qatar; 13 each from Algeria and Nigeria; 6.7 from Russia; 3.7 from the United States.
